What is corporate housing?
Corporate housing is a term for furnished housing that is rented on a temporary basis. While we certainly work with companies for business accommodations, most of our guests are individuals seeking mid and long-term housing for various reasons, including relocation, contract work, home renovations or remediations, medical care and more.
What are the benefits of choosing corporate housing vs. a hotel?
Complete Corporate offers our guests a mid and long-term housing turnkey home-away-from-home. Just like the comforts of home, our properties include full kitchens, laundry, parking and more at a cost-effective price point. Plus, we offer tremendous flexibility: We only need a 14-day notice to vacate and accommodate open-ended departure plans.
Is there a minimum length of stay in a corporate housing unit?
The length of stay varies, but our guests typically stay from a few weeks to several months or more. Most of our contracts are a 30-day minimum but, depending on the property, we can offer weekly stays as well.
What is included in the rental price?
Our posted rates include all utilities, private WiFi internet, streaming ready TVs, indoor parking, and access to building and property amenities.
Are your units pet-friendly?
Yes, most of our units are pet-friendly subject to size and breed approval. We do require a deposit, pet rent and registration depending on the property and its requirements. Some units are pet-free, so please discuss your needs with us when looking to rent.
Are your units stocked with essentials?
All of our units are furnished and have fully-equipped kitchens. We take great care to make sure you have everything you need for your stay.
